August 7, 2010 First Light Disc Golf Tournament Gisborne First Light Bob Clark Memorial. It would be great to get plenty of support for this event as Sport Gisborne and Tourism Eastland have put plenty of effort into getting this permanet course up and running. Not to mention the late Bob Clark's efforts installing and even financing much of the course. The course itself makes good use of the available site; it's relatively short and technical although we will be installing longer Pro tees on numerous holes so bring your drivers. Entry fee $15. August 7, 2010 Rally New Zealand and Gisborne Car Club Car Rally Rally Gisborne is the forth round of the Stilo Top Half Rally Series and second of the Geartech Central Region Rally Series bringing competitors from throughout the North Island. The event starts at the Gisborne Cosmopolitan Club at 9:30am on Saturday 7 August and finishes at 5:15pm on the same day.
